PRANAMAYA (THE ENERGY ROOM)

Pranamaya is our heated room, where we hold our more dynamic practice and release classes. Expect to be challenged and supported, brought to your edge and given the grounding and grace to be there confidently.

The Bliss Room at Yoga hŌM—bright and calming with plants, cushions, and windows. Ideal for yin and restorative yoga as well as meditation.

Anandamaya (the bliss room)

Anandamaya is our cool down room, where we hold our more restorative Breath, Meditate, and Kundalini classes. Expect to slow down, reconnect with your inner self and explore the subtler aspects of “yoga.”
