Here & Now: A Heart Centered Presence Practice

A short, grounding practice to gently draw your awareness into the present moment through the portal of the heart. With breath, stillness, and mindful attention, you’ll reconnect with what’s true, what’s here, and what matters most—reminding yourself that presence is not something to achieve, but something to remember. Rooted in the heart of yoga, this practice honors the joy, love, and compassion that arise when we fully arrive.
